  • Designed an automated rig to burnish brakes before assembly and reduced test cycle time from 10 mins to just 1 min. Used Arduinos, stepper motors, and torque sensors to enable brake performance data collection & analysis.

  • Redesigned precision robot calibration tooling fixture by minimizing tolerance stack between components. Reduced 95% of maintenance time by eliminating the need for constant CMM and optical recalibration during use.

  • Investigated and rectified dimension discrepancies across Solidworks master models, CAD assemblies, and prototypes, resulting in a 60% increase of robot positional accuracy.

  • Created a modular torque test fixture to enable quick swapping of robot joints with complex geometries.
